Many of the Psalms speak of praise happening continuously. It is described that same way in the Book of Mormon. Praise then becomes the attitude we carry, the self-talk in our thoughts and the constant prayer in our heart. It makes me think of the full-time missionaries who have the opportunity to tell people all day long their testimonies of the Lord.

Gratitude seems to be the beginning of so many virtues....faith, patience, humility, charity. It is also the beginning of praise. I hope gratitude can become second nature for me.
